PAPERS COMMISSIONED AS PART OF THE STUDY OF THE BASIS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS

ERM Economics. September 1996.

The European Dimension of Standard Setting
Institute for European Environmental Policy, London. August 1996.

A draft version of the report by Professor Barnett and Professor O'Hagan was discussed at a workshop, Uncertainty and Variability in Standards, held in Edinburgh on 2-3 December 1996 and sponsored jointly by the Commission and the International Centre for Mathematical Sciences, Edinburgh. The report was updated and published as a book:
